Terms of Use

   Welcome to BELTEI IS App of BELTEI International School. The BELTEI IS App is a digital E-Learning program, including General Education (designed and conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) curriculum and syllabus from grades 1 to 12 and provides useful lessons for the secondary school and High school national examination), English as a Second Language (Preschool 1 to Level 12), Intelligent Mental-Arithmetic, Computer Training Course, International Test Preparation Course, and other academic programs. All learners can use the BELTEI IS App to review lessons or help fill their imperfections during class and learn new skills.
   Please read carefully the terms and conditions before registering the BELTEI IS App.

1. Agreement on the Terms of Use

   After downloading and installing the BELTEI IS App, you can immediately register and create an account with the App. While you are registering, you are required to tick (✓) the box "Agree," which means that you agreed to the terms of use of the BELTEI IS App. If you disagree, you will be unable to use the E-Learning program fully.

2. Updating the Terms of Use

   The BELTEI IS App will be constantly updated on the terms of use, and other features based on the realities, and the BELTEI IS App will send a notification to all users on their mobile phones or tablets in advance. It will be valid immediately when the settings are updated. If you continue to use the App, you have agreed to and accepted this update.

3. The Usage

   The BELTEI IS App can only use with Android or IOS devices, the computer is not available. Therefore, it’s requiring you to have a capable mobile phone or tablet to download from Play Store (Android) or App Store (IOS) and must be connected to the internet to run all the icons, especially the E-Learning Program.

   The internet expense is your responsibility and the videos may be slow depending on the speed of your internet access.

4. Account

   You can register and create the BELTEI IS App account by entering your full name, current phone number, and password.

   When you have already had an account, please complete your background attach a photo to the App to confirm your identity.

5. Account Security

   Please take responsibility for account security yourself. Your account can only access on one device. If you want to use your account to log in to another device, you have to log out of your account from the current device and sign up for the new one.

6. Rights and Obligations of Users

   The Users’ obligation is to obey the terms of use of the BELTEI IS App. The BELTEI IS App has the right to terminate the user by suspending any account in the event of a serious violation of these terms of use.
   The user’s promising and ensuring to the following prohibitions:
   • Do not enter fake information for the purpose to deceive others.
   • Do not take any action that will affect the public and the country’s reputation.
   • Do not use databases, copy documents, lessons, photos, and videos to teach at other places or for commercial use without written permission from the BELTEI IS App and the BELTEI International School.
   • Do not attack (Hack), download data, copy software code that makes the program get stuck.

7. The Protection of User Information

   Your personal information will keep in privacy for the specific purpose of providing useful information. We will not show your identity to a third party without your permission.

8. Copyright

   Video lessons and teaching materials are produced by BELTEI International School which exist in the BELTEI IS App is belonged to BELTEI International School, not allowed to copy. In case, if we found any copy without permission from the BELTEI IS App and BELTEI International School, you will be faced with the law.
